This demo will show you how our portal technology delivers and stores evidence that answers your framed medical question(s). This demo is from an actual client who wanted evidence about the accuracy of the PET scan and evidence about effective treatments for lung cancer. The client framed the questions with Dr. Feinman. The framed questions were based on his unique medical condition and preferences. Note this is only a “demo” and does not include all the abstracts and full text that were delivered and stored for this client. Press the "Login" button on the left to enter the demonstration Portal and view a sample evidence package.

The first page is the “Portal Home” page. This page includes your framed questions, our contact information, links to the abstracts and full text that answer your framed questions, and an invitation to invite your personal physician to review the evidence with you for free. Click on the blue number to view the abstracts or full text.

On the “abstracts” page you can click on “view abstract” to see that abstract. In addition, you can click on the top headers to re-sort that column. “ Full text” column lists the full text you ordered. “Your rating” column is your personal rating of each abstract. “Assigned” column is the date the abstract was uploaded to your evidence portal.

On the abstract page your framed question is at the top and the title of the study is right below. We underline relevant sentences in the abstract. The picture buttons at the bottom of the abstract page enable our clients to order full text, print the abstract, go back to the abstract reference list, or go to the next abstract. In addition, you can use the integrated medical dictionaries to get definitions of most of the medical terms in the abstract. Just roll your cursor over any medical term in the abstract and click to display the medical definition of that word.
